Returns Policy
For books bought in person from our high street shop, we are happy to offer a credit note if the book is returned in pristine condition within 28 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on books which have been specially ordered in for customer purchase.
Gift vouchers
Brown Onion vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Brown Onion vouchers must be used in one transaction.
